We are on the hunt to find an Account Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented account manager to be responsible for multiple client accounts. The account manager’s responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts, managing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.


To be successful as an account manager, you should be able to manage and develop your accounts and ensure client satisfaction. Ultimately, an outstanding account manager should have strong communication, customer service, and be highly organised and accomplished at solving problems and closing deals.

  • Client management – communicating with our clients on a daily basis to ensure consistency, transparency, and maintaining close relationships.
  • Coordinating with media partners and print distributors to achieve effective campaign objectives and reporting on results.
  • Digital execution for our clients, as well as writing copy for digital and print.
  • Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Managing new briefs that come in, planning out the structure in order to designate the workload to certain members of the team.
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.


  • 2+ years of experience with account management
  • Experience managing large account portfolios
  • Strong customer service and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Highly organised and solution-oriented
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritise
  • Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure
