Aushorse proudly promote Australia as the leading source for the breeding and sale of high-quality thoroughbreds, and Australia as the pre-eminent country to invest and race in. As part of their global efforts to attract investors into the Australian thoroughbred industry, we were tasked with producing a digital Investor’s Guide.
This year, and like last year, with overseas investors largely unable to make it out to Australia to inspect horses due to COVID, the digital guide was even more crucial to help convey the message that everyone should get involved in racing and breeding down under.
With a long list of impressive accolades showcased through statistics, our challenge was to present the information in a creative way that provided the user with a seamless and engaging experience.
Our main target audience was identified as people who were already interested and invested in the racing industry. They were sophisticated consumers who had a deep understanding of what was involved in buying, breeding and owning a racehorse, and were prepared to dig deep into their pockets to be involved.
A visual story told through numbers. We created a continuous one page scrolling website, integrating subtle animations and imagery to break up text blocks and encourage the user to keep scrolling. A set of social media tiles were also created to support the launch campaign, highlighting a few of the key statistics to tie the story together.
